Hi Gary ~ Tnx for the visit, & yes there are 2 pools in this neighborhood. Being on Southern Cal they can get a lot of use.
Hey Pat ~ This seller listed his home for sale at a realistic price + a new roof, new paint & carpeting among a few other things that were all correct.
As for the price of milk, right now it's around $4.00 a gallon...$3.69 to $4.09. Gas is (today) about $3.75 (higher than I EVER remember paying) a gallon we have lot's of taxes added on. Our property taxes in CA are normally 1.25% of the sales price, which I know is lower than some other places. We also have a state income tax + around 9% sales tax on almost everything. Far too much IMHO, then again we have somewhat lower fuel/utility bills than many places because of our moderate climate in Southern Cal. Guess it's all a trade-off.
