There are currently 731 homes for sale in Fishers, IN (Fall Creek and Delaware Township). In these same 2 townships during the last 12 months, 1,410 homes have SOLD.
As the buyer activity has picked up the last few weeks, we are seeing a trend resulting from our low inventory of homes for sale.
