Well spring isn right around the corner here in the Brainerd Lakes Area. There is plenty of housing inventory for buyers to choose from with some real great values. Unfortuneately Brainerd is a summer destination and gas prices have rose $.20 cents in the last four days to a $3.54 a gallon. This hurts our area. People tend to tighten the reins a little with this being a factor for budgeting for vacations. All in All the Brainerd Lakes Area is still a wonderful place to visit not to mention retire to. There really are some great investment opportunities still available.
