Another Murrieta Short Sale Closed!!

cash house

Many of us know how long Short Sales can take and how much work is put into getting short sale approval. So when you finally get your approval and it closes, it's that much sweeter.  Today's short sale closing was great for my seller. He initially owed over $240,000 and we successfully short saled the property for $111,000.  As an added bonus I was able to negotiate for the bank to pay the seller $3,000 cash for keys.!!!  Key house

My Short sale services are free!! I'm a local Murrieta Short Sale Specialist, please contact me with any questions you might have about short sales.  If you are considering a short sale, there is no charge for my short sale services, please call!
