Did you see what rooms they were occupying, Ellie:-)  Seriously, I showed a vacant house once that was occupied by racoons.  It was a vacation home up in El Dorado county.

Ellie, what a beautiful old house!  And I can think of worse occupants - like the hibernating raccoon on the fireplace ledge of a place I sold.  We had to ask the seller to wake him up and do a RELO package for the little guy.
