Unless one is a native or longtime resident the the rarity of new construction on Montesano on over an acre is not apparent. Montesano has a unique sense of community and is a prestigious address. A former mayor and local personalities live on the mountain. The mountain has it's own weather, school, and community activities. It is historically rich and has a large state park, a city park, a planetarium and hosts many local events. It is near downtown and the medical district. When we listed the house we were expecting a long listing period understanding our limited buyer pool.
