Brightwater - A New Home Development by Hearthside Homes Makes It's Re-Grand Opening Today -
There's quite a bit of history behind the Brightwater new homes community in the Huntington Habour area of Huntington Beach. Located atop the serene Bolsa Chica Mesa, Brightwater offers some of the best and most recent new home that Orange County has to offer.
No Realtor knows Brightwater better than I do, and I can tell you without a doubt that the future of this community looks "bright" (no pun intended). While there were some trials and tribulations along the way, this 2nd Grand Opening really demonstrates just how far this project has come.
Brightwater boasts 14 different models (15 is you count the recently updated Sands, Plan 3), and the community itself is boarded by a public trail stretching all the way down to the Pacific Ocean. The trails twist their way through the Bolsa Chica Wetlands, an ecological preserve that looks better now than it has in a very long time.
SIZE & PRICE
The smallest, entry level home is the Trails, Plan 1. At 1,710 sq. ft, this home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large kitchen with center island, a two-car garage, upstairs laundry, and several possible upgrades. This home starts at $775,000, but you better hurry as The Trails are almost SOLD OUT!
The largest home is the Breakers, Plan 4. At 4,339 fully upgraded, this home is absolutely magnificent. The kitchen is enormous, the living room is perfectly designed, and the options include things like an appliance-filled Prep Kitchen, a Butler's Pantry, and a gorgeous wine room. This home is built for entertaining, and although the prices range quite a bit (the Ocean View lots will run you over $3 million), for those that can afford the price tag, you'll be hard pressed to find a more exquisite home.
My personal favorite is the Cliffs, Plan 4. Fully upgraded, this 3,590 sq. ft. home has some of the most unique design elements I've seen in a long time. The home is built around an empty space, creating a private, interior courtyard, blocking all the strong ocean breezes that Brightwater is vulnerable to. There is also a balcony area upstairs off the courtyard that provides the same sense of openness while afforded the same level of privacy. The master bathroom is amazing, and there is even an optional room which the model showcases with a message table... getting the idea?
** Be Extremely Careful when dealing directly with a builder ** Every community has their own unique history, and you always want a Realtor to protect your interests! As someone who has been involved in Brightwater from the moment they opened their doors to the public, no one can protect you better than I can. Your Brightwater Realtor knows all about this community, its history, its current challenges, and even what's coming in the future! Make sure you call me BEFORE heading over to see the homes. Due to strict builder regulations, I can't help you once you've signed in without me.
