I read this a while ago.  It seems to explain the odd growths on my forhead! ;)

Are you a Princess or a Goat? 

This business has its ups and downs. 

One moment I'm in the pink, everything's humming right along, a Princess - and then, just like that I'm a Goat.

But there are degrees... sometimes I'm a Princess with a beard and horns. Sometimes I'm a Goat with a tiarra.

I just earned a wonderful listing (Princess!)   My new clients insist on overpricing (Goat!)

I generated 100 leads from my latest marketing campaign (Princess!)   99 of the people have either credit issues, no cash reserves, or both (Goat!)

I found the perfect home for my clients (Princess!) They want to write an offer (Princess!)  At the last moment, they decide to lowball the offer (Goat!)

After six weeks of research, showings, and back-and-forth (Goat!), my clients make an offer on a larger home than they originally wanted. It's Accepted and the escrow goes smoothly, closing a week early (Princess!)

So, are you a Princess or a Goat?
