How many of you tried to make appointments or made offers and waited for a response not knowing if your request or offer was received by the owner? If this never happened to you, consider yourself very fortunate. It has happened to me and it has cost me deals. Agents use to respond promply to offers but since the short sales have started the agents doing them have become negligent in responding back to brokers. I will look at the link. Thank you
