- Short Sales – 1,620 homes, down 1.5%
- REO/Bank Owned Foreclosures – 631 homes, up 138%

- Regular Sales (no short sales or foreclosures) – 356 homes, up 2%
- Short Sales – 297 homes, up 14%
- REO/Bank Owned Foreclosures – 319 homes, up 138%

Single Family Homes Sold in January 2011:
- Regular Sales (no short sales or foreclosures) – 250 homes, up 7.8%
- Short Sales – 91 homes, down 4%
- REO/Bank Owned Foreclosures – 238 homes, up 95%
