I have been a Resnet agent for 3 years and have processed 22 properties to have them drop me for no reason. Don't hold your breath.

I have been with RES.net for the last few years, and have done about 40 properies with them in that time frame.  I am juts about to close my most recent one.  Things have definately been slow the last year, maybe two properties at best.  I was wondering what banks or asset managers use this platform?  I have worked with Suntrust, GRC, Goodman Dean, IAS, Keystone, and PNC in the last 4 years, that I can think of.

I was a member with them for a few years, left the business for a little over the year, so I am trying to find out, what has been going on with them in the past year.

Marcy same here I am wondering how it is going to go with their short sale portal. There are still lots of deals for them to process with the major banks being Wells Fargo and BOA using Equator.

Hi Brandon,

I am a new agent wanting to do BPOs.  I hear being Res.Net certified is needed when it comes to asset managment companies choosing an agent to do their BPOs.

Can you explain what does it actually mean when a company sees you are Res.net certified in comparison to an agent with no certifications?

I also heard the same about Equator.

Deborah I have not heard about the certifications needed for BPO's I have heard that about REO and getting listings. The asset managers can view on your profile if you have taken the certifications on Equator and Res.Net. I dont think it would hurt to have the certification just to make sure you are in line for any BPO's too though.
