The Pensacola McQuire's 34th Annual St Patrick's Day 5k prediction run is just around the corner! The race will be held March 12, 2011 starting at 8:00 a.m. in front of McQuire's Irish Pub on Gregory Street. This annual fun run attracts more than 10,000 runners, making it the largest prediction run in the United States! This annual run/walk is more than just a healthy way to start the day with family and friends, but the after run party is always a blast!
And the best part? Proceeds from the run benefit the Injured Marines Semper Fi Fund, The Pensacola Police Department and The Boys Scouts of America - troop 104.
All ages are welcome, but the race must be completed within one hour. Don't forget to dress up in your St. Patrick's Day best, as the crazier the costume, the more fun the race!
