The Highwoods is a stunning luxury gated community in the heart of Highlands Ranch, tucked off of Broadway at Wildcat Reserve Parkway.  While some homes in The Highwoods start just under the $1 million price range mark, most are above $1,000,000 and beyond.   I often have clients looking for Highlands Ranch real estate specifically interested in only The Highwoods neighborhood.

The Highwoods Neighborhood is part of the Douglas County School District and feeds into Mountain Vista High School with Bear Canyon Elementary & Mountain Ridge Middle School as its feeder schools.
