I recently signed up with realtor.com to receive clients from them who are looking in certain areas. So i chose a zip code that was available. I have received about 30 propsective clients. Some of them put their names, some include their phone numbers, and some give their email addresses. Since I've signed up I have called several of the ones that put their phone numbers down but to avail. I have emailed all of them with properties in the zip code that they are looking in and havent heard anything from them either. I was just wondering if anyone else out their has signed up with Realtor.Com. This program that i signed up for cost 75.00 a month. So far this for me has turned out to be a big ZERO. Please if anyone has this program and its worked i would be glad to hear from you.
I have found that any company that says you'll get easy leads are only lining their own pockets. Years ago you could get some good ones, but buyers and sellers are so much more savvy than before. I hope you didn't commit to a year subscription!
Hi Steven, good luck with the program. I've found that alot of websites force the customer to put in information for them to be able to get thru the gate (and then search on their own). When a realtor calls back they ususally either don't answer or get ticked off that a realtor is bothering them. Hope the program works better for you.
You will not get much, except some creative and funny prospect names...or telephone numbers with non existent area codes. You get the idea.
Good day Steve, not much different in the mortgage business. I'm pounded weekly by lead companies to use their model. A couple are similar to Realtor.com. None are worth the money. It all comes down to ROI. If you aren't profiting from the marketing, you have to move your money in a different direction. Getting bogus leads are a key indicator of how well it's woking.
