If you are a returning Veteran or have deployed in the last five years you have huge advantage when buying your first home. This tax benefit was extended for Veteran's and it is on opportunity that you shouldn't overlook. As a Veteran, you have until April 30th to have an accepted offer to qualify. By purchasing a home in Salem Oregon, you will qualify for an $8,000.00 tax credit that will be given to you when filing your 2011 returns. This is a true $8,000.00 bonus that ewill be added to your tax return. As a recent Veteran, I know what you are going through and I appreciate the fact that our government is offering this incentive to you. I would love to assist you with your home buying experience.

I was not aware of this tax credit. Thanks for the information. I have two buyers I will call Monday AM about this. They need to know! You might want to change this from Members Only to public since you mentioned assisting with a home buyer experience.
