Everyone loves a good start to their morning. Coffee with Toast is just the way to do it. Of course there are more complex, tastier breakfasts. But none funnier than Coffee with Toast.

As a Real Estate Agent, I have my Google Reader filled with real estate blogs. Techsavvy agent, RealEstateTomato.com, GeekEstate, and Social media globetrotter are all ways I keep up to date on my real estate info every morning. Sometimes I just get plain bored! Everyone does. So thanks to my good friend Sean Herman and a talented bro squad, I get to LOL a little bit every every morning as well. Of course, their humor needs a welcoming ear, but what comedian doesn't?
