Last Thursday we decided to hold one of our listings open for an open house on Sunday. We were past the deadline to submit an ad in the local newspaper. With the use of several social media websites; our blog sites; real estate websites; classified websites and our yard sign we generated 16 different groups of people to look at the house in a 2-hour span.
This is very exciting to us as now this allows us to save this money in this area of advertising and direct the savings towards other types of marketing that generate more results.
With this success we have decided that we are going to begin having open houses through the week on evenings or late afternoon hours to test those results.
