Today I had a seller come into my officeasking me about short sales. He needs to sell his home
but did not understand how a short sale would work. His lender had told him one of his options was the SHORT SALE so he googled Murrieta Short Sale Specialist and found me.
Being a bit embarrassed I had to show him via our MLS that he was not alone and that most all the available homes for sale in our market are Short Sales. Like I said in my blog headline, it's a big boat
and your not alone. I have found that by showing my clients that they are the norm not the exception it puts them at ease and help them through the short sale process.
