Woodridge, in Coppell is one of those great little “starter home” neighborhoods in the city of Coppell, Texas. It offers the benefits of a great location in this small town but at an affordable price. The neighborhood offers homes that vary in size from 1100 square feet to around 2200 square feet. They were built in the early to mid 1980’s and they offer 3 and four bedroom plans with two car garages (in most cases). Price ranges for the sold homes over the last few years have ranged from $112,000 to $235,000. The average price in the neighborhood has been around $163,000 and the average price per foot for the last few years has been right at $103.97 a foot. Since this is a neighborhood of older homes, there is a wide range of properties that run from original condition to fully remodeled. The remodeled homes will be the more expensive homes in the area and the older properties that have had little or nothing done to them will be the least expensive homes in the area. Woodridge is located in the Eastern side of Coppell near the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and Sandy Lake Road. A majority of the homes lie within the Coppell school district but there is a small section of the area that is zoned for the Carrollton-Farmers Branch school district. Woodridge is well located near several major roads and highways that give the area ease of access to many areas around the DFW metroplex. The area is very close to I-35, George Bush Tollway, Hwy. 121, and I-635. Shopping is nearby in almost every direction as the development is just a couple of miles away from the Vista Ridge Mall in Lewisville.
