My grandmother was 100 %   Canadian, and with all the trips with two boys who played 98% of their hockey games over the last thirteen years in Canada, and being less than two miles from the border, is it okay to be part of the group? Heck I even drink canada, Labatt's Blue (or is it Bleu?) and Molson Golden.  Ski at Crabbe Mountiain in Upper Haynesville, New Brunswick and saw the movie Titanic in Fredericton when it came out.  Toured Dalhousie in Halifax with one son who almost went there.  Hope I don't get booted.  Used to buy Clearly Canadian water and my god father was from Woodstock and tried to get me to like eating dults (dried seaweed or kelp?)  and pink peppermints.  Wonder if dults was spelled right?  My kitchen came from Canada, we ride a sea doo that we bought in Centreville New Brunswick and have been to Winter Carnival in Quebec several times.  Four honda 70 mini bikes for the kids came across the border..with a little duty cause they were not made in North America.  Watched my share of Hockey Night In Canada and in the country could only get two US channels, two canadian signals. Learned about all these towns as a kid on canadian tv and  I finally travelled to Halifax, Moncton and other burgs now as an adult.  Hope I don't get black balled trying to join the Canadian realtors group.  We have worked on this side of the border with owners of canadian real estate to co broke with New Brunswick brokers on that side to make it legal and there has been a great spirit of international cooperation.   God save the queen eh?

Eh you say?  Watch out for the Royal Mounties in bright red riding a horse...they mean business. Thanks for inviting me to pull up a chair around the camp fire...not so sure active rain wizard behind the electronic curtain will let me sign in to group unless licensed there which is not possible unlike many that multiple state sheepskins on their walls.

100% representation means NEVER DUAL AGENCY !

Andrew, I recently changed the default setup for the Canada, eh group to - "you can join but you can't post to the group right away".

When I set up the group my object was to provide a place for Canadian REALTORS® to easily find Canadian content on ActiveRain.
At first it worked well but then some rainers would add their posts about Las Vegas referrals and such.

So, you're in the group and welcome neighbour.
Do you also want to be able to "post to" the group?

By the way, it's spelled dulse. In the Northeast it is harvested from the Bay of Fundy, lot's of iron and fibre, good for you, except for the salt.

Thanks loads Larry..won't abuse the privledge.  My god father Ralph Black used to take me over to the province alot growing up...my grandmother's was a Burt from Burts Corner in New Brunswick.  Won't over use my special invitation.  It is nice being able to zip over to hit a movie, or leave the country to eat.  Half of Grand Lake is in Canada and working back and forth with Woodstock brokers is neat.  Will work to get other New Brunswick brokers, bankers, etc on board too! Would love to post but will keep it simple and be more in the background!
