Self - Worth  

The image that we have of our self will make all the difference in the way we live our life and what we accomplish   

The foundation of our self - worth is reflected back to us everyday of our lives in how we see our self. Our self - worth tells us who we are. It will tell us that we are a valuable person with talent that has an unlimited future. Or it will tell us we are entrapped in a life that we don't want to be in.  

How we see our self is in our thinking. We either believe in our self -worth or we don't. If we don't like how we see our self we have to change our thinking. In changing our thinking we change the way we see ourselves and in turn we change our lives.  

Having a strong sense of self - worth is not in being rich, having the right job, driving the right car or living in the right house.  

Self - worth is the belief in yourself and in your ability. It's in trying to do the right thing for the right reason. It making the most of what you have and having written goals for your future to achieve more.  

Be careful of those in your life they will either be there to booster the self - worth, and there will be those would take comfort in belittling you and drain your self - worth. Choose the boosters and remove those who drain your self - worth.  

Your self -worth is a precious resource. What you think about yourself is who you become and will determine the life you lead and what you achieve. Change your thinking and you elevate your self - worth.
