According to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), there were 57 closed home sales from February 1st to February 28th, 2011.
- 26 were Foreclosures
- 14 were Short Sales / Short Pay
- 8 were Standard Sales
- 9 were Probate or "Other" Sales
And according to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), there are 83 active listings from February 1st to February 28th, 2011.
- 23 are Foreclosures
- 25 are Short Sales / Short Pay
- 13 are Standard Listings
- 22 are Probate or "Other" Sales
