Hi Will, Looks like a great home that should sell quickly. I would love to have a basement. In Houston, homes don't have basements - only attic - but it must be wonderful to have that extra space. Do basements add significant value to homes there?
Hi Joyce, Basements if they are finish do add some value but not to much. on a home like this maybe another $10,000. But to put a family room and bedroom down there when it is finish makes it sell faster.
