Spring Renewal, a sense of new beginnings...and
I'm in the mood for Spring...and all that goes with it, sun, rain, cool, warm, good happy feelings that go along with blue skies and a renewed sense of energy, of new beginnings. Just like the miniature daffodils in my yard, to the crocus and then to the sweet smell that is Daphne which grows so beautifully by my front steps and gives us the most fragrant smells when the door is opened. Such a welcoming scent that it makes my heart sing and my soul dance with delight.
Spring brings with it such a heightened awareness of new life with the bulbs peeking through the soil, their heads bright with color looking for the sun. Trees with new life as leaves push outward toward the skies, birds flying back and forth in my back yard looking for worms and seed to bring back to the nests not far away. Listening to the sounds of Spring as the birds sing their songs and the wind whispers gently in your ear, "Spring is coming, Spring is coming", rejoice, it's not far away. I am excited at the prospect of the new season and begin to re-arrange and re-organize my desk to accommodate for the upcoming resurgence of client activity of selling and listing homes. One can anticipate and feel the excitement of another season coming into view for all to see. Sometimes it is hard to catch one's breath, as the excitement of a new direction, a new path, a renewal of spirit and the feeling of hope that comes with the Spring Renewal of Life. So I am taking a deep breath and diving into the Spring of new ideas, enthusiasm, new beginnings and love for what I do. Here's to a Happy, profitable and beautiful Spring for all !

The Renewal of Spring finds its way to my clients as well as they begin to recover from a cold and damp winter and ready themselves to begin their spring cleaning and gear up for either selling or looking for a home to purchase before the summer begins.
