Have any of you read the book The E-Myth? I'm almost through with it and although I find it very interesting & I get the point, my question is this.

If you've read the book, how as a Mortgage Person (Realtor) have you been able to put into action the steps talked about in it?

This is an awesome book. As a RE Agent, it helped me set up processes so that when I need to delegate, there are step by step instructions. More importantly, when we get overwhelmed, we just stay on our system and miss less steps. Following the advice reduces room for error and "recreating the wheel" everytime something "new" (not really) comes up. Good success, Nancy
