How much is my home worth today? Take a video tour of the Property Investment Profile.

It's that time of year when many are getting ready to put their homes on the market in the Portland Metro area..and buyers are starting to come out more and more. If you have no idea on the current value of your home, I have a great tool to give you this information right into your e-mail box.

Created by Prudential NW Properties, this valuable program gives you a comparable market analysis each month showing you detailed information of the active, pending and sold homes directly to YOUR neighborhood. To get set up to receive this free program, the only information I will need is the home address, the e-mail address that you want it sent to, and the criteria you would like. An example of criteria would be square footage, age of home, and perameters..like 1/4 mile surrounding your home.  I can talk all I want about it, but I'd rather show you what you'll see each month!

Oh, you also have my spamfree guarantee and any info you give is completely confidential and stays with Prudential NW Properties and thats it.

If you are looking at this full screen and you need to get it clearer, on the bottom of the video there is the number 360, just click there and change it to 720 and you're good to go.

Cindy!  We love MarketTrends that Prudential offers...  What a great idea for a tutorial video...  Something you can send to your buyers AND sellers!

Hi Pamela, I love this program and always get an e-mail or call from someone that's receiving it each month to say hi and thanking me for setting them up on it. I love the use of video to show this.

Hi Richard, I've just starting using Jing video feature and signed up for the pro version so I can easily upload it to Youtube as well as use my cam feature (just $15 a year..so not bad) I did this last night, so haven't had a chance to play with the cam...but thinking that would be a way to show my face in the beginning. I actually got this one down a minute from over 4! Talk about rambling! Thanks for the suggest and the suggestions! Always a work in progress, but I like that I can walk someone through what they will actually see instead of just talking about it.

Hi Richard, with the screen capture video it's much like regular, so as much as you practice, as you're going through it you can easily mess up a word..or cough..sneeze.etc..but yes, it's good to write it down first and try as best you can to stick to it as you're recording. I know you looked at AR staffer Will's recent video on how to make use of your Profile page. It looks like he used his cam feature so that he could be visable. $15 is really nothing and it was very easy to upload to Youtube once finished ( you do need to get in and add the Youtube button once you go pro on Jing). Thanks for trying to suggest again!
