We are very excited to announce the official relaunch of the Certified Short Sale Guide (CSSG) training course and designation. The course has been improved dramatically and we have been getting excellent feedback from our agents so far.
Right now we are trying to help promote our training designation and we are offering the Short Sale Basics training session free of charge! This is just to give folks a small sample of what is included in our course.

The complete CSSG Training Course is only $150, or $100 for Preferred Partner Members of The Short Sale Specialist Network. On April 20th, we will be adding two new sessions to the course (HAFA &; HAP training and listing assignment procedural training) and will be raising the price of the course at that time. Anyone who earns the designation now will be able to take the future sessions for free.
