Roanoke Virginia Short Sale properties are selling!  It seems that Roanoke VA Short Sale properties are starting to move a bit quicker than they were last year.  In the last week I have listed two Short Sale Homes in Salem VA, one of the Salem Virginia Short Sale Listings is already under contract!  This is a Bank of America Mortgage so we will see how quick they are getting on their Short Sales.  I already have one Bank of America Short Sale in the system so this will make number two.  I had a negotiator at Bank of America that was really helpful in getting deals closed but he is no longer a negotiator with Bank of America.

The most important thing for me in having a successful conclusion to a Roanoke Virginia Short Sale is to have enough time to do my job.  When you, or someone you know is unable to make their payment....call me.  The second most important thing is to help me get the paperwork together as fast as possible.  This is usually where the whole process gets bogged down.  The banks want the paperwork immediately.

The final part to having a successful Roanoke Virginia Short Sale, is to use a Real Estate Agent who knows how Short Sales work!  There are a lot of people who claim to do Short Sales, ask them how many they have closed.  Ask them for references.  Ask them how they were educated on Short Sales.  A successful Roanoke VA Short Sale agent should have a CDPE designation and hopefully has taken the Short Sale Superstars course.  Many Agents will proclaim to be a Short Sale Agent and they simply have the SFR Designation.  This is a 1 day, 7 hour course that is a complete joke. 

When choosing a Roanoke VA Short Sale Real Estate Agent, keep in mind, you are hiring someone to handle a transaction that could have HUGE financial implications for you.  Hire an Agent that knows what he is doing.  Hire me.
