I set up Grand Central and have been using it - pretty happy so far.
The nicest thing about it is that you can upload your address book and click to call people - for phone-shy people like me that's a win.
I suspect it's not ready for prime time as you main incoming number for real estate professionals because it forces people through a little automated dialog before they talk to you, and enough people in the real world will be messed up by that that it'll be noticably annoying to someone who you want to do business with.
It is awesome to get voice mail delivered as email.
