I was inspecting a home the other day which had a Realtor sign on the front yard. The way the sign was displayed it appeared that the Realtor had given up on the sale of the home. If you can't quite read it, the top of the sign reads, "Expect More!" but the sign was buried in the snow. I enjoyed a great laugh and had to take a picture!
