As the weeks go, the days seem to go by quicker. It seems that even though the market is "slower" my days sure aren't. My days are consumed with phone calls from current clients, phone calls from my wonderful processor, and real estate agents still asking for quotes and pricing for their clients. In the midst of all this, my wife and I decided that we were going to do some upgrades in the home... For you out there that have done this... IT IS A HUGE TASK!!! If any one out there can give me any advice on how to manage my time between work, clients, agents, and re-doing a house... PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!
