Wow, Carla, looking at those prices, you are below 1998 prices! I just read where housing is as much as 20% undervalued right now and also somewhere said it was 6% undervalued if we had never had a bubble. Beaverton Condos are WAY undervalued, but so they are here. Condos have definitely taken the worst hit. Very interesting stats...

Hi Gary . . . hmmmm . . . it was.

Hey Frank & Sharon -- what is really killing the prices is the HIGH HOA's on some of these units.  If any buyer is considering a condo in some of these HOA's they're looking at $350/month.  That amount is calculated and pulls away from they loan to value, hence some of these low priced units.

@Charita . . . the sad thing on some of the condo complexes . . . the HOA's a KILLING any type of deal.  They are over $300/month . . . that's ridiculous and the sign of a very expensive outside managment company bleeding it dry, IMHO.
