I was looking at the numbers today on the Birmingham MLS system and I never realized that Springville, Al Real Estate had gotten so vast. As of today they have 143 listed properties and in the last year Springville home sales are around 97 which is pretty good for a small town with out the major attraction that say Pell City has with Logan Martin Lake. I have not checked the official numbers but next to Pell City (with 189 active listings and 150 sold units last year) and Moody (with 136 active listings and 159 sold units last year) I think Springville, Alabama could be the 3rd largest growing city in Saint Clair County.
Springville Alabama is a great alternative to Birmingham it is still close enough for a short commute to work while giving you that peaceful country living.
