Yes it's that time of the year again to spring forward and set our clocks forward one hour. Yes we lose an hour of sleep but more importantly we gain an hour of daylight. ....... I'm all for that....
But the most important reminder here is to change those batteries in smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors if they are not hard wired in your home.
It's a safe bet that we should for the safety of our families, do this every 6 months or so.
This is the best way to remind of us the importance of the fact that changing a single battery can save lives.
