The bad boy Charlie Sheen is in an real estate buying spree... The idea behind these new real estate acquisitions would be to give one to ex-wife Denise Richards and another one to Brooke Mueller (Sheen's rumored soon-to-be ex-wife).
According to property records Mister Sheen current home was bought in April of 2006 for $7,200Mof 7,924 square foot faux-Tuscan/mock-Med mansion in the gated, McMansion community of Mullholland Estates.
He also gave his sister a condo in Malibu and his daughter a 3,000 square-foot condo in Ventura County, and made purchases of a condo in Marina Del Ray and two small homes in Malibu.
In 2007, he purchased a 4,179 square-foot home in Los Feliz for $2.5M, which now belongs to his ex-wife Brooke Mueller, and currently on the market for $3.5M.
Recently Charlie Sheen is in escrow with a 10,000-square-foot Beverly Hills, Calif., estate from Black Swanproducer Mike Medavoy for $7.495M. The home is reportedly for ex-wife Denise Richard and their kids. The Mediterranean-style house (pictured below) sits on a .82-acre lot, with 9,000 sq ft, 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a sweeping, two-story foyer, library, gourmet kitchen with butler's pantry, and large living and dining areas.
Sheen is apparently also moving forward with his plan to buy more property sooner than anyone thought. Has been reported that lately he is looking into other Real Estate deals to purchase for the soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller.
He might be a troubled men but he is certainly is a generous men to his family, kids and wives in spite of on going saga...
