Listing Photos Get Buyers Thru The Door

By
Home Stager with Staging Works

As you all know, most buyers begin their property search on the internet.  Therefore, the power of listing photos cannot be underestimated.  With all the choices buyers have in every location and every price range, with every amenity, properties must be distiguishable somehow.  Listing Photos!

It is not enough just to have a professional photographer take nice pictures.  The pictures have to be of some interest.  Blank walls from vacant properties, or bright orange countertops and old appliances from occupied properties, will not interest buyers.

Professionally staged properties photograph better than un-staged properties

Here's some examples:

Before, VacantVacant, After

This builder spec house was on the market for nearly two years before they decided to have it professionally staged by Staging Works.  It was under contract 3 weeks later...

.

Before, occupied

After, Occupied

Keep in mind these photos were taken by me, and I am not a good photographer.  (I tend to cut the heads off of my human subjects with my camera!)  Imagine what your professional photographers could have done with these rooms after they had been staged...!

You only get one chance at a good first impression.  Make the most of it with great listing photos.  Stage first with Staging Works.

Staging Works offers professional staging services to the Denver Metro Area.  Angela Rehm is the owner of Staging Works, located in Castle Rock, Colorado

Nice article. Having pictures without window glare, that shows some outside features, while being bright enough to show the inside always help. Sequence is something I see a lot of Realtors pay absolutley no attention to.
