Homes for Sale, Louisville, CO - Steel Ranch Update
Rapid progress is being made on the infrastructure for the new Steel Ranch Home Community, located just north of South Boulder Road and west of Highway 42. Water lines, sewer lines, electrical, etc. are all being put into place and it can't be too soon as far as most people are concerned.
According to Damian Story of Ryalnd Homes. Steel Ranch has had more interest than any community he can remember. With only 84 building sites available, Ryland Homes has received more than 550 inquiries regarding lots and homes for sale in this community.
Ryland will be building their new, never-before-seen "Perspectives" series of homes at steel ranch. Three Ranch and Seven 2-Story models will be available from Ryland. Homes will be priced in the mid $300,000's.
Ryland has released artist renderings of the home elevations on their website, but none of the new floor plans have yet been released to the public. Ryland plans to release the floor plans by the end of March. Ryland is planning to host an open forum meeting to answer questions from the public and to introduce their new floor plans. The exact date and time of this meeting are yet to be announced.
In addition to the 84 single family homes being built by Ryland, Boulder Creek Life and Homes will be building 68 patio homes which will not be available for closing until Summer.
The developer of Steel Ranch, Rocky Mountain Claim Stakng is reportedly retaining a parcel that it will develop which will include five acres of commercial property and up to an additional 198 residential units.....
Steel Ranch is the first new home community in Louisville for some time and it is generating a huge amount of interest.
