Blackstone Brea is a new development in the Northern Hills are of Brea, in Orange County CA.
It was an exciting day, "Preview Day" in the hills of Brea just north of Lambert Rd. and east of the 57 freeway, the site of the brand new development of Blackstone, the new homes in Brea CA.
It took this quick video on opening day, it demonstrates the interest in new homes in our community of Brea. The turn out was just amazing, both parking lots were full and most of us (including me) were parked on both sides of the street.
The development built by well know builders Standard Pacific and Shea Homes will showcase 358 homes in four different neighborhoods with square footage from 1,700+ to 4,900+ something for everyone. Observing the interest today, it reminded of of earlier years in Brea's developments of new homes. I've drive by here daily on Lambert Rd. and I've watched the progress take place. No doubt it will be the premiere location in Brea.
