I'm interested in that article about submitting all offers to the bank. In California, you cannot do that if you are 'in escrow.'

Melissa. I think the information in that article is wrong. It was put out by a Realtor association in NY I believe. They didn't link to the source. We both know lenders do not want to see multiple offers submited on a short sale. All it would do is create more confussion and slow down the process.
