If One Fireplace Makes Your Heart Sing, Would Four Put You Over The Edge In A Maine Home?

Positive ions, a crackling fire in an open fireplace in a Maine home is a very good thing.

This home on 78 Military Street in Houlton Maine has four fireplaces. One in the master bedroom, another in the living room, one in the front parlor and a guest bedroom room gets one too. Crown molding, rear deck, garage, Vermont slate flooring curved walls, 2.5 full baths and way way more with this Houlton Maine home. Watch the Maine real estate house video.

Nice place and hope you enjoy the tour. No no, leave your shoes on, really. It's okay for this open house.

Don't worry about hurting those hardwood patterned floors.

Like the barn board den with beams? Short walk to school, you can see the corner grocery near this one. Loved, cared for home is some kind of priced right. $90's.

The home in Maine is super, but the area, community wrapping around it is second to none. Friendly youtube videos logopeople, lots of space, family minded... and drop dead gorgeous four season scenery included, thrown in to every property bag of real estate listings we market, promote. Maine, I am a personal fan. She'll grab your heart the same way. Your head and your heart will finally agree on something. Own some of Maine.

Andrew,

Four fireplaces would be wonderful...as long as they were all gas fireplaces. Can't imagine trying to heat the house if all wood.

Good morning, Andy....the king of videos....great job and four fireplaces are such a bonus....our circo 1700 homes have 4 or 5 fireplaces....but nothing younger.

John ... Fireplaces not for heat. This one has central modern oil hot air furnace. But you could put in a fireplace insert and make them a wood stove efficient. More for ambiance, to make every day like Valentines. Ladies go ga ga I am told with fireplaces, a SADE or Celine song in the background and the lights low, a little grape juice swirled around a goblet.

Barb ... this home a late 1800's turn of the century era place. Would you be a lady ga ga if your personal home had four fireplaces for the guests, family to warm up to?

Cindy ... It is priced right. All Maine homes are a kid in the candy store giddy feeling for folks struggling with a 700,000 mortgage out of state. You could buy seven of these for that kind of money. Winter is a fun time that starts in December is winding down now. Let's go Maine spring skiing, see what it looks like in winter. What we do for fun.
