Bring on the Ikea Swedish Bread Mix!
If you are any where near an Ikea and haven't tried it yet, buy the Finax Swedish Rye Bread Mix.
You'll find it with the food in what is shaped like a milk carton. Just add warm water, shake and pour into a prepared pan.
Follow the directions for pan size, water temp and baking instructions. YUMMY.
I enjoy it with my perfect morning coffee with or without cream cheese. It is FULL of fiber.
Don't store it like any American bread, though. It has no preservatives and will not keep long, not even in the refrigerator. I slice it and freeze it, bringing out a slice or two when I want it.
