Compared with the week Feb 27 through March 5 2010, this week was a banner period for Keys Real Estate sales. We had sales of 175% of the same week last year.
I you are considering purchasing in the under $300,000 range, it is time to get off your butt and find your piece of Paradise. Of the 9 sales in Key Largo, 7 were under $300K, one was over $660 and 1 at $314K.
There were 6 sales in Islamorada (all four islands) 2 under $300K, 2 between $200K & 300K, 1 at $495K and one at $1.5 mil.
The Middle Keys had 7 with 4 under $350 and the highest at $519.
Big Pine had 6, the rest of the lower Keys had 13 and Key West had 11.
