As always, many fewer Coconino County and Flagstaff properties changed hands through Arizona's short-form foreclosure process than were actually on the schedule to sell at the beginning of last week. No private parties bid, at least successfully, so look for all the properties that reverted to their trust-deed holders to show up for sale as bank-held assets on our local MLS:
