Another successful Open House by Nina Rogoff

The Open House at 3 Park Road Sharon MA was very successful today!

18 groups of people came to see the house from 12-2 p.m. Wow! Great house, great price and great location!

People said they appreciated the floor plans which were prepared by an architectural firm. The plans included room measurements and help people visualize the space and how they can use it to suit their living style.

Hi, Emily, I believe the good turnout was due to a couple of things: 1. I did a preview blog on the home about 10 days before the open house to let people know it was coming on the market. It wasn't yet listed in MLS, 2. I sent emails out to two listserv groups in our town to let people know it was coming on the market. One listserv reaches 1000 people, one reaches more and serves the greater Boston area. 3. I posted the preview information on facebook, on the community page for the town, 4. I posted the preview on twitter, 5. 3 days before the Open House I listed it in MLS, and posted 2 new blogs about the Open House and the house, and updated the information again on facebook, twitter and to the 2 listservs. Also, the house at 3 Park Road Sharon MA is in a highly desired location and happens to have more bedrooms than are usually found in center of town houses. Plus, it's priced right!! I believe it will sell quickly!
