Home Inspections LaVista, Nebraska: This Home Inspector Knows How to Inspect a Furnace;-)

By
Home Inspector with Foundation-2-Rooftop, Inc.

This 9 year old 80% efficiency Armstrong Air natural gas forced air furnace with a serpentine heat exchanger has a crack in the heat exchanger.  The crack is located in the center of the picture around the bottom half of the eyelet.  Luckily for my Buyers, I have the professional HVAC Training, knowledge, and years of experience to find it.  I'm not trying to brag, but the truth is most of the inspectors in the Omaha Metro would never find this crack.  As all home inspectors are not created equal, I believe this does give any potential client a solid reason to hire me over my competition.

I challenge all home inspectors to receive this training and make it a solid practice to apply it on all of their inspections.  Who knows, you might save a life some day!

The training: Heat Exchanger Experts.  Say Hi! to Ellis Prach for me;-)  Ellis and his sons are full of a wealth of  knowledge.  It's the best training I've ever received as a professional home inspector!
