in Vancouver Wa. Located at 7801 Ne Greenwood Drive Vancouver WA. We had reservations for 9 people
at 11:00am and we got to our table at 11:05.
The Service: Our Server and the Hudson Bar & Grill was Cecily, we had her at Thanksgiving Brunch and she was AMAZING, so when I saw her in the dining room I asked if we could have her as our server. The said ok 
just one moment please, and we got her!! She is from the same world I am when I was in the Kitchen make the customer happy very happy. Cecily was great she made sure that Emily (my 4yr old) was happy and smiling, she has such a great personality we all had fun with her, next time your there ask for her and tell her you read about her and mention my name.... She if she remembers me.
The Kitchen: Was an open kitchen plan (as a Chef I really appreciate
that) and it was clean and the staff was friendly, I meet the three of them and they did a great job with the food. You would think that with 9 people the food would take a while, well you would be wrong! The food came out in a timely manner all at one time and was all fresh and hot!! Thank you!!!!!
The Food: I am not going to list everything that we had I am going to highlight 2 dishes The Dungeons Crab Benedict (what I had) and the Dungeons Crab Risotto, both dished were amazing. Please take a moment and look at the FULL MENU. The Eggs Benedict 
were cooked perfect the yolks were runny and the whites were cooked (the perfect way!!) The Risotto was creamy and delicious and topped with a great portion of Crab Meat. My mother (Maria My mother in law) loved her dish, as a chef I am critical with food, because I think I can make this at home cheaper and better, well this was not the case this time...... Thank you Hudson Bar & Grill your making this Clark County Resturant Review easy for me.
Over ALL: I give this restaurant a 5 house review (on a scale of one to five houses, 5 being the TOP). I give this restaurant a 5 houses!!!!! Yes, it really was that good!!!!! Service, food, atmosphere and the whole experience!!! Thank you Hudson Bar & Grill for a GREAT Experience!!
One other thing I loved at the Bottom of the Menu it says:
"Rustic Hospitality, Local Cuisine, Sustainable Differences" you got to love this!!!!
