Made in the U. S. A. SALE!!!!!

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with WHISPERING PINES REALTY 20398180

A Retailer has finally got it right!  Menards, which is a Building Super Store is having a sale.

All Sale items are made in the great U. S. A.  Menards has lead our area in changing over to MORE Made in the U.S. A. products.  This is a great step for our country and jobs for our citizens!!!

Do you have a Menards in your area...call and thank them!  I Thanked the General Manager personally.  He thanked me for my feed back.

As a consumer, i am doing all I can to buy American when possible.   This is not always practical, but even a little helps!

If you dont' have a Menards in your area, ask your local Super Store and U. S. A. products.

If we all just buy one extra item a week that is American Made...we will make a difference right away.

We don't have a Menards nearby us. My brother loves them, he has them up in the Chicago area, and I know there is one way down in Marion IL (about 90 miles south of us), but none in the "Metro East Illinois area" I've never taken the time to stop and look at one (shop), but perhaps one day I will have the opportunity.

It is good to know they still can find things that are made in the USA.  I remember overhearing a conversation a few years ago about a guy that bought an item at Sears thinking he was buying American and when it broke he said it had all kinds of foreign sounding names on everything.  I couldn't believe he was serious, but he was.  I asked him where the Sears factory was . . .

We don't have a Menards here in Idaho.  I had never heard of them but do commend them for their marketing.

Yes, Menard's is a great super store and is enjoyable to shop. And it is popular to Buy American. But the truth is that American goods are often shoddy and/or expensive due to the lack of work ethic from the entitled American worker. Sure, there are a few brands that America builds and is second to none. But our manufacturing base is gone and nothing will bring that back until Americans are really willing to sacrifice for the long run and give up the instant gratification that runs rampant in this country.

No Menards here. But we do have Womenards, which are products made by women for women. Just kidding, but a good concept.

I don't have a Menards in my area  but after seeing the segment on ABC's World News Tonight about buying American made products with Diane Sawyer im with you, its time that we all got  our economy moving buy putting and keeping American to work.

Bill...

I agree with you. The only way that we can save American jobs is to buy products made in America.

Bill, very tgrue.  We need to buy more American.  We do need to let retailers know that is what we want and we need.

It is seldom that I find an inderior product tho.

ON the farm we buy as much American as we can.  Parts and everything are easier to find, although more expensive, lost time is also costly

I realize that not all American stuff is top rated, but, I see a lot of just plain JUNK form other countries being bought that is just JUNK and people don't say a whole lot.

In this internet age, when we find an American product that is not the quality that it needs ot be, we need to contact that company and let them know!
