Pay It Forward: Pop Top Tabs II
Motivated by Dawn Fabiszak's post Pay It Forward-Pop Top Tabs, I started collecting soda can pop top tabs! We've been saving soda cans at home and in our office for years and years. We usually take our cans to the local grocery store (King Soopers) to recycle. I don't know what happens to the cans after we drop them off. I just know they are recycled.
When I read Dawn's post and learned that the tabs that she collects benefit Ronald McDonald house, I decided that I like knowing who benefits from the recycling! We will continue to recycle our cans at the grocery store, because it's good for the environment AND we'll save our tabs for Ronald McDonald house charities!
