I started with no salt added, no sugar added peanut butter spread in the bottom of a ramekin. I made some low carb chocolate pudding made with heavy cream (low carb also), and spread part of it on top of the peanut butter.
I then added some unsweeted shredded coconut and then the rest of the pudding.
I chilled it and served it for dessert along with some whipping cream.
Not a bad low carb dessert!
