In the Denver metro area we are fortunate to have many wonderful school districts and schools, which can be a very important factor when choosing to buy a home for some.
While Colorado is an open enrollment state, some schools are at or near capacity, and living within the school's geographic boundaries can sometimes be the only or best way to be certain of enrollment.
Arapahoe High School is an award winning school and I often receive requests to look at homes only in the Araphoe High School enrollment boundaries.
Here are all of the homes available for sale in the Arapahoe High School boundaries - which is part of the Littleton Public Schools. This map is a feed form the Denver MLS that will show current listings at all times. You will see that many of the homes are in Centennial, and not Littleton like many may think at first.
